I finished my first course in Deep Tissue Massage in 2016 as an outcome of my own injury and a wonderful healing process thanks to dedicated professionals I\u2019ve met on my way \u2013 I wanted to be able to help my friends and family members that could be in a similar situation. After years of working in the financial industry, destroying my own health and lacking deeper purpose in my work I decided to change my career, do something meaningful and work with what became my big passion \u2013 Massage Therapy Since then I\u2019ve deepen my knowledge in the fields of human anatomy and physiology, the neurological system and its somatic expressions, the role of breath and movement for everyday wellbeing and everything that concerns mind-body connection . I also finished courses in modalities like: \u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Classic\/Swedish Massage<\/li>\n<li>Myofascial Release<\/li>\n<li>Sports Massage<\/li>\n<li>Trigger Points Therapy<\/li>\n<li>Relaxing and Hot Stones Massage<\/li>\n<li>Passive and Active Release Techniques<\/li>\n<li>Lymphatic Drainage<\/li>\n<li>Pregnancy Massage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0 I gained wide experience working in Copenhagen with Company Massages, in a Sports Physiotherapy Clinic, and in a posh Wellness spaces . In my signature treatments, besides listed above I\u2019m also using techniques like tractions, compressions, joint mobilisations and stretches, depending on each client\u2019s needs and preferences, with a personal and compassionate approach, so they can leave my office deeply relaxed, feeling their body renewed and pain relieved.
